Why do I get errors Saving/Loading on some machines?
You need to disable the FIFO Buffers in you advanced Comm settings in Windows Device Manager. Windows tries to buffer the Handshaking Characters, and that’s fine for a Modem but not CNC Communications.
After Installing EZATROL Lite I Get Runtime Errors When Running EZATROL?
How do I know what Work Numbers are in a saved program or set of programs?
You can ether save all programs by first renaming them in the CNC to 100,101 and so on before you save them to one file. Then the next time you load this file you know it starts with 100 and if you have multiple programs saved in one file then it would be 100,101 and so on. Remember the CNC is the only thing that uses the Work Numbers, not EZATROL DNC.
How do I upgrade to a new Version of EZATROL Lite?
First backup your CNC Files that you have saved using EZATROL. Then Uninstall EZATROL, install the new version and re-enter the Reg code that was given to you during Registration.
M2 Problems
There has been some issues with Loading and saving programs on these controls. When saving or loading, try waiting for the control to timeout to see if transfer has worked. This has working in most cases. We are working on the issue.
